1Refunds are agreed between users
TRUZH does not process payments, so it cannot issue refunds. If an item is not as described or does not arrive, agree a return and refund directly with the seller in TRUZH chat.
2If the seller refuses
Report the account using the Report button. If you believe you have been defrauded, contact your bank and the police. TRUZH can restrict the seller's account, but it cannot recover a payment it never received.
3Partial refunds
A partial refund agreed between buyer and seller can be a fair outcome where an item has a minor undisclosed defect. Record what you agree in TRUZH chat.
414-day right of withdrawal
When you buy as a consumer in the EU from a professional seller (a business user), EU consumer law gives you a 14-day right of withdrawal from delivery for distance purchases. The right is exercised against the seller, who must refund you. It does not apply to purchases from private individuals.
